Mr. Miller was very clear in explaining to me the best way to protect my assets after my death to be most beneficial to my heirs. He told me in layman's terms what to do, how to do it and what he would do as far as drawing up and filing proper forms. In the event I was not able to make decisions myself he wrote up a living will so my wishes would be carried out and this burden would not be put upon my loved ones at a stressful time. He handled the legalities that will happen in my darkest hours. His demeanor and the atmosphere he presented was light due to his terrific bedside manner, if you will, on such an important and dark subject most people do not want to think about. On another matter, Mr. Miller worked with my CPA to draw up the proper format to make my business successful as far as law and tax advice.
