Could not ask for it to be any better. Carol was great helping me gather medical record. Mr Kline was extremely good with me and helping me understand the laws. Also, he had me prepared for my hearing. I will always grateful for all of the help.

I found out on Monday before Christmas that I had received my disability and that it had been dispersed and what I had gotten and what my attorney had gotten so the account number and the routing number was the wrong number that was given to social security. Now almost 6 hours I have sat on the phone with social security I have been into my bank I have called my bank twice and yet I'm the one doing all the legwork and they've been paid and doing nothing. Yes I am very upset because they have no right to decide to take Tuesday,Wednesday and Thursday off at Christmas when you represent clients you should have had someone there to pick up the slack if y'all are not going to be there. So we're on Friday of Christmas week and I still have no money I have money but I can't touch it because I don't have anybody representing me I've been having to do all of this myself! NoorI do not recommend Dom Pilzer.or Carolyn Fryeor another case manager they had to change me from in the beginning.

I called and had a free consultation with Mr. Pilsner. He gave me great advice explaining the social security process and walking me through what to do. After listening to my situation, my age and my medical condition, he felt I would be approved without his services. He did offer his services if I was denied.
