This has been one of the best experiences I have had. As a single mom with two disabled children the stress and hassle and worry was scary. Glenda’s office staff was so nice, professional but also understanding and competent. They took my many phone calls with a smile in their voice and had the ability to both listen and understand my fears while still dealing with a large I stance company that was trying to take advantage of the “little guy”.
