AWFUL experience with this attorney, (Lee Daniels) I have LegalEase thru my company and this attorney seat for over two month for a letter that he was supposed to write, I check the reviews (too late obviously) and realized that this is the way he works....so waste time on my legal matters. Lesson learn for me.

By far the worst experience I have ever had. Over the course of 4 months I maybe spoke to this attorney 3 times and it was after contacting the agency first. Biggest waste of time in my life, would never recommend to anyone. Ever.

I regret I didn't review these reviews before accepting this attorney. My job offers LegalEase, and I submitted a request for an attorney to handle a real estate matter with my HOA. Lee Daniels was the first to respond to the request, so I accepted him as my attorney. I didn't read these reviews first (my bad). Lee started strong and was responsive to emails and calls. He wrote a letter to my HOA. Shortly thereafter, my HOA responded, and Lee was nowhere to be found. It's like when the fire turned up he disappeared. He was unresponsive to calls, texts, and emails. My attorney ghosted me. TERRIBLE. I have contacted LegalEase and recommended that he be removed from the portal of attorneys because I believe he is charging the company for work he doesn't do. If you are considering Lee Daniels for your legal representation, don't. Run. Run away. And don't look back.

Communication is terrible!! If you're hired for a service, the client shouldn't have to hunt down service provider to get the job done

Very bad experience. KB sabotaged a deal for me, which cost me $$. Not responsive by phone or email. Stay away.

Wanted to highly recommend Ashley Bagwell and the team she works with. They handled my divorce last year and did an awesome job. They constantly kept me updated, gave honest and realistic expectations, and went the extra mile to protect my rights and my children’s. I would 10/10 recommend Ashley to anyone needing help.

I never leave negative reviews, to my recollection this would be the first. I have had two interactions with Lee Daniels and both have been negative. In one instance he issued title insurance on a property that still had a lien on it, up stream from when I purchased it, and when I went to refinance after renovations I had to track him down and wait until the lien was satisfied by him which was a task in and of itself that took far longer than needed and caused me quite a bit of stress. There are more details to that interaction but I think that sums it up sufficiently. The 2nd interaction was for a closing that was supposed to happen this past Friday at 4PM. The closing was cancelled because the end buyer was unable to make it to closing earlier in the day. I wasn't informed until 3:13 PM by email (the majority of interactions up to that point had been text). I, and two other parties to the transaction were already on the road at that point since it is about an hour drive away for both of us. I didn't receive a text, or a phone call between 3:13 when he sent that email and 4:00 when the three of us showed up to his office and were informed that Lee was not even at the office, and had not been there all day. It would have taken less than 30 seconds to send a text or try to make a call, I was already on the road when that email was sent. The lack of professionalism was infuriating. As the person who had brokered the majority of the deal, to show up and have to look the sellers in the eye without a clue of what was going on and why the attorney was not present for the closing was one of the most embarrassing moments of my life. I had to sit there and take responsibility for a situation that I had no idea about what was happening, and at that point in the office we called him and instead of taking responsibility for not calling, texting or keeping us in the loop he said "its out of my control". I get that things happen but the lack of effort on his end as the attorney in the transaction was unprofessional, and arguably totally incompetent. He may not have been able to control the whole thing but he could have made a far greater effort to ensure that we knew it was cancelled, and why it was cancelled. Instead we showed up to his office where he was nowhere to be found, call him for an attempt an getting an explanation, and be told "its out of my hands". I have been to many closings and never have I been a part of such an incompetent transaction. I have voiced my dissatisfaction with Lee already, this is an attempt to save anyone considering using him as an attorney some pain.

Amanda and her team are the best of the best. Having gone through a tough divorce this firm made all the difference in the outcome. They truly went above and beyond. Thoughtful, professional, knowledgeable and tough. It’s too bad there are only 5 stars. They should get 6.

I am so grateful for Ashely Bagwell and her team. They handled a very contentious divorce both professionally and compassionately. Divorce can be an extremely confusing ordeal, but I could always rely on Ashely to explain things thoroughly and answer my many, many questions. I could trust Ashley and her team to have by best interest at heart, and be very fair with my time and money. I would highly recommend them to anyone requiring their special services. Jessica Christophillis was wonderful. I can not say enough good things about her. She was excellent.

My son and another family member expressed the need to have Wills and Powers of attorney documents completed recently. After asking several friends and neighbors for suggestions to get the task done, many recommended the Firm of Christophillis & Gallivan. Although not the easiest of Wills to handle, Ashley Bagwell completed the task in a very professional manner, making all feel quite comfortable in the process. She was able to finish the process in a timely manner and everyone was quite pleased to have the task completed! We would all recommend Ms. Bagwell with Christophillis & Gallivan for any Family Law needs!
