Melissa and her team are incredible! I have a complex case that they worked tirelessly preparing. I had bombarded Melissa with information prior to our hearing and was overly anxious about the outcome. When hearing day came she had every bit of information I had offered via email, telephone calls, documents. You name it, she didn't skip a beat! The outcome of our hearing was best case scenario and I owe it all to her diligence! We have a follow up hearing in regards to some things not touched in our expedited but I can tell you, I'm not even a little anxious. I know that I am in the absolute best hands! Thank you Melissa for hearing me and being the reason I can rest easy knowing that my babies are safe. I highly recommend Melissa!

The Absolute worst customer service I have ever seen paid for my case and agreed on a settlement but nothing got settled. they will not answer or return phone calls. they have no sense of care for there customers. I don't understand what kind of business this is. Dealing with a case is already not that simple but to deal with this company and a case just makes things 1000x harder. id leave a negative review if i could. they want me to pay for a consultation again just so that he could follow up on the case that he never closed out. What a joke

Scheduled an initial consultation. Original date was changed. Asked for a refund and was told they do not refund. Decided to just go with the new date. Did not hear from them at the appointment time, so I called and secretary said I wasn't on the calendar. She did find where I was "re-scheduled" and said the lawyer was still in a meeting. Offered me another time later this afternoon (I am loaded down with work and cannot keep re-scheduling). She said, "So you don't want to re-schedule, is this correct?" In frustration, I gave up the fee. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

The Millers are honest and courteous, they helped me understand some legal documents and what options I had to work with. I'd consult with them as repeat business.
