Andrew was a huge help with my case, and a big relief on my stress level. Every interaction I had with him it was clear that he legitimately cared about helping me. He meticulously went through my paperwork, and he pushed my court date to a year later. That gave me time to get my drivers license issues resolved with the DMV. Before my court date, he negotiated a lesser degree of charge. This made my fine 1/3 of what it would have been and my license did not have to be suspended. Andrew is a good man who will do what needs to be done aggressively and with knowledge of the law.

Since I had met Mr. Havran during business and community activities a few years ago, it was easy to choose him to represent me and file my divorce. It was an emotional journey but Mr. Havran kept me focused. Mr. Havran was a good listener and provided support when I needed compassion. He kept me informed of the facts and was knowledgeable of the legal process. I found Mr. Havran to be worthy of trust and he responded to my needs with a caring attitude. I always felt he was acting in my best interest. Please know that I would recommend Mr. Havran, as an excellent choice when you need an attorney in his field.

In the last two years, I retained two lawyers in California for my divorce, one in South Carolina to purchase a home, and two in Florida when I was the guardian of my uncle due to his Alzheimer's disease. At the time, I was inclined to agree with the country song about not letting lawyers into heaven, but that was before I met Andrew Havran. Andrew came highly recommended from my accountant. He was local, accessible, and highly knowledgeable. Andrew spent two days with me working on my will and power of attorney. He made sure that my wishes were fulfilled while making sure my needs were met, and he did it for the fixed fee he had quoted me up front. While we were working on my will, a farmer in overalls came in to the office and thanked him profusely for saving the family farm. True story.Andrew is a family man who cares and always has time to take my calls without trying to nickel and dime me. I would recommend him to anyone in the Greenville-Spartanburg area, or anywhere in South Carolina, for that matter. I would suggest that he change his photo as it makes him look like a tough cookie. Maybe that is his courtroom face. I will continue to use Andrew Havran for any legal matter I may have in the future. He is a wonderful human being and a great attorney.
