Always prompt to respond. No matter the situation. Morgan and Morgan staff the ones I have spoken with put you at ease. Sometimes I maybe having a difficult day. They are willing to to listen Never swift to move on to the next client. Yes it's about money. But on the other hand it's also about compassion. Anyone who doesn't chose Morgan and Morgan . Personable, communicative, and most importantly- treats you like an actual person instead of a file in their folder. Joe, Martin, and their administrative team (Samantha and Linda especially) has helped my daughter and I through a stressful personal injury claim when we were feeling helpless. 10/10 recommend.

I have had some problems with attorneys getting back to me but I have have alot of mental health issues and not too many law firms can understand restabilization of mental health after an accident and they are doing a great job of letting me me manage my care the way I need to and that to someone who is a brain tumor survivor and mental health issues is more than appreciated i truly feel like my life matters to them.
