Never return to my call in regards to a class action lawsuit and then also kept transferring me around when I was trying to seek legal representation against the school district. I got absolutely no assistance and the situation went nowhere because these people are so horrendously inept. Seeking counsel elsewhere now.

Rating... 0 I contacted Morgan & Morgan a few months ago in regards to my mother being neglected/elder abuse in a skilled nursing home facility. Her clothes were lost, some of the nurses were very nasty with my mom/no patience, didn't get dinner on her first day and was informed by a CNA to eat the cookies that she had with her, had to wait extended times to use the commode where one time she waited over an hour and got up herself which could have left her to fall (high risk fall patient). She was released after two weeks and it was noted she could walk over 50 feet. Eight hours later, I had to call 911 and my mother was back in the ER. My case meant NOTHING to this firm. This firm advertises all the time that they are for the people and this is not true. If they can't make money, they want no part of you! Morgan & Morgan.. if you are reading this.. just to let you know my mother passed away!
