“I called them to get a Timeshare Deed transferred-I can't even begin to tell you how poor their service was-I spent additional $ to overnight to them ($56) and then they just let paperwork sit-each time I needed something done the paperwork was just sitting.....then the Deed had the incorrect name for my daughter and they forgot to correct before filing.”
