We have a dear friend under a guardian/conservatorship that we feel is abusive and we have literally contacted around 20 attorneys here in South Carolina. Even though it was the end of the day- closing time- Cathy and Jill called us and LISTENED to us. That's huge. To me, that means that these attorneys truly care about people. It really meant so much to us. These are the kind of attorneys that help and make a difference.

Mindy made the process of completing the deed of distribution easy and stress free for my brother and me regarding our mother’s estate. Just finished the closing of a new home in Hilton Head. Could not have been more disappointed with how Novit and Scarminach handled the process. One of the poorest legal transactions I have ever had. The lawyer that took us through closing had never seen the package before and you could tell she was reading the details for the first time as we signed. They failed to show us some critical information about the lot and set backs only seeing the document covering it post closing. On top of that their office is about the most unwelcoming place possible.
