Mr David was given my case on Friday night and had to appear in court on Monday. He was able to get my ticket dismissed and get a non moving violation. I would definitely recommend him. I am an out of state citizen and did what he promised.

I was issued a speeding ticket in Myrtle Beach, SC in June of 2023. When I returned to MD, I received mail from David Melnyk's law firm to represent me. Well, he did an amazing job at representing me. Outside of the reasonable attorney fee. I didn’t pay a dime and my case was dismissed. I didn't pay the ticket fees paid, and I didn't pay the court cost, just attorney fees. I had an officer that didn’t want to give me a break and for almost a year David provided updates and kept me in the loop as to what was going on. I got a CDL ticket in South Carolina and live in North Carolina. I contacted my legal plan I have through work and received a case # and list of lawyers who are associated with the plan in South Carolina. After looking each one up and reading reviews, I chose to contact David. I spoke with Delores and explained everything. She told me she would pass it on to David. I didn't hear anything else until today with a phone call from Delores saying the ticket had been dismissed. I said it's a little too early for April fools. While visiting my daughter over the holidays, I managed to momentarily exceed the speed limit by quite a bit on one of the expressways running through Spartanburg, SC. Typical? No. Unintentional? Yes. Extenuating circumstances? Of course. Was I speeding?
