McWhirter, Bellinger & Associates was a great company to work with. When choosing a law office to represent me, I wanted somewhere genuine and non- mimicking. I had the pleasure of working with Kerri and Sabrina after my car accident last year. I worked with Sabrina most of the time, and she took the time to explain every point in the process. Naturally I had a lot of questions, and Sabrina answered any questions I had, if she didn’t know she got direction from Kerri. Both Kerri and Sabrina conducted themselves in a very professional manner and were very knowledgeable on the subject. It was a very smooth and straightforward process and I can’t thank them enough for their help. I’m hoping to never get into another accident again, but if I do, I know I’ll be in good hands.

I could not get a resolution of my wreck. Richard Simmons and Kelcey Sandy worked hard to get all medical bills paid and get a better settlement than I was able to negotiate on my own. They did an outstanding job.

Eddie and I have had a long road with Liz and many paralegals (Jamie, Eden, Tammy and now Pamela) over the past 6 years. It has not been easy on Liz but she continued to keep her cool with Eddie and the WC attorney. I appreciate all the hard work of the paralegals. Now Pamela hears from Eddie every month because of insurance issues getting his meds and she is right on top of it. I know there are still a few issues that are being addressed by Liz and Pamela which hopefully will not take too long to be resolved. None of us thought that this case would be appealed to the highest court but WC was not happy and wanted to delay payment as long as they could. Thank you Liz and Pam for hanging in there with us to the best compensation. You both have the patience of Job. I would recommend this law firm. Hopefully after all these crazy years, Liz won't run from us if she sees us again. Seriously, great people.

Chris Cunningham is an excellent attorney. Also a trustworthy human being. He was on the Board of my HOA. His skills were in valuable to us when the HOA was going through a terrible time.
