McWhirter, Bellinger & Associated handled my husband's case they met with us in the Aiken office instead of going to Lexington, SC which was very convenient for us. They were very prompt with getting back in touch with us. Very thorough and honest of what to expect with our case. Overall very satisfied with the attorney that handled our case.

Both Tom and Erin were great. They were both fast and thorough communicating information. I had a number of concerns pop up during my case. Erin handled them quickly. I recommend this law office.

When I made my appointment, no one told me to bring all my information on my car wreck. As far as I knew, I was just to describe my wreck to see if I was eligible for their services. The assistant put me in a room and left my husband in the waiting area. I told her I would need him to help with information because I was dealing with a lot of pain and my memory wasn't very good at that time. She said "he's fine". The assistant looked and acted like she was mad at someone and was very short with me when I couldn't remember certain times of events. I told her I needed to ask my husband but she shook her head and said again, " he's fine ". When I told her I could come back with my files, she told me she would not be there, that Friday was her last day. She left and brought back a woman (lawyer) that looked like she just graduated law school and she asked the same questions. I gave what information I could and told her I would need to ask my husband about some events. She told me "he's fine". I told her I was facing back surgery and possible neck surgery, but she told me they couldn't help me, that she could give me the number to legal aid. I left upset and felt no one could help me. Among other things, I have had physcial therapy twice and need a third round. Ive had pinched nerves in my neck and back and had to have back surgery and I still have problems. Now granted, my case is two years old and complicated, but I gathered that she did not want to actually have to work for the money. Looking at their commercials, I guess my case might not bring them hundreds of thousands of dollars. I won't go back. I wouldn't want to waste their time.....or mine.

Worst service ever. Talked to an attorney on the first visit and never spoke with him again. His paralegals took my case after the first day and lost the case, which anybody could have won. I was hurt at work over negligence and lost 3 months of work, plus 3 months of physical therapy and crutches. They even asked Me to go take pics of the area where I was hurt (I was on crutches with multiple torn ligament in my ankle)! I brought the pics back to there office and they said," we got this case in the bag, this accident was caused by negligence!!"... 6 months later, my paralegal tells me to accept a $1,100 offer. This offer was ridiculous. I'll never use these guys again! ***In my opinion, I think these guys got paid to throw my case out but I don't have proof of that and can't prove it.***
