Started out ok, but in the end my payout compared to what they received was very disappointing . Also, be sure to send All your bills in to them before signing on dotted line because you are responsible for any future incurred Bills

This was the first time I ever had to deal with anything like this. The insurance company had me so confused and upset. It was horrible. Savannah and Nichole helped me through everything. They were so kind and they took the pressure out of all of it. I'm so grateful to have them in my corner.

After I was rear-ended on the interstate I contacted McWhirter, Bellinger and Associates, as the driver that hit me was driving under suspension and also while impaired at 7:45 in the morning. Attorney Chris Cunningham was assigned my case along with his paralegal Tammy Cooper. Most of my dealings were with Tammy and she was professional and vey responsive to any question I had regarding my case. She really cared and made sure I had all the information I needed and that I understood how my case would proceed. I used McWhirter, Bellinger & Associates, for an accident I was in back in Dec of 2022. When a man ran a red light and totaled my truck, causing some damage in my back. I tried to handle it myself at first, by calling the insurance company the guy provided the officer and I. The insurance company told me that he was not their client and there was nothing they could do. So I called Mcwhirter, Bellinger & Associates and they told me they could help me. Mr. McWhirter personally called to thank me for trusting his firm with my case. He gave me his personal cell number & told me not to hesitate calling him if I had any issues whatsoever. He's a Super nice guy, I've never had the owner of a business like that, take time out of their busy day to tell me thank you. I hate to say it, but People of his status usually don't think about small things like that. Mostly cause they have a lot more important things on their minds. Mr McWhirter gave me the feeling he is definitely from the old school where the customer is the most important person in the room and will be treated that way and his employees feel the same way. Mr McWhirter even sent my mom a gift and it wasn't some crappy gift like it was something that someone would actually like. She still uses it daily. Mr. McWhirter assigned my case to Bennett and his paralegal Pam. They had already reached out to me, minutes after they decided to take my case. They both gave me their personal cell number and told me I could call them at any time. They honored that too, never ignoring any of my calls or texts. Pam eventually had to go to another office and I was assigned a new paralegal Anna. I was worried at 1st, cause Pam was so good at her job. The switch from Pam to Anna was seamless. Anna was just as good. Bennett, Pam and Anna were like lawyer Super heroes in a time where they didn't have to be, because in the times we're in, it's become acceptable for businesses & their employees to treat you however they want too. If you complain in the slightest bit, they quickly turn it around and have people thinking you're the problem. I know this is probably way too long for a review, but you guys were SO AWESOME. I wanted everyone to know just how great y'all were. Thanks so much Mr McWhirter, Mr. Bennett, Mrs. Pam and Mrs Anna. Y'all truly made a terrible situation the absolute best it could be. The whole experience was great. Everyone made us feel like family and we never felt pressured or alone. Emma was great and explained everything to us and answered all our questions completely in a way that we understood. Anna was the best, she kept us informed and checked on us to make sure we were doing well. Anna was always available when we needed anything and really made us feel like family, insuring we knew we had someone on our side and guiding us through the difficult moments. I deeply appreciate all that everyone has done for us from Pat Mcwhirter calling us personally, Emma being at every hearing and Anna making sure we were okay by checking on us frequently and always being there for us.

Was in a bad accident back in April. I had heard about mckwirter from all the advertising they do. Everyone I talked too said don't go with the big name attorneys.
