Everyone I've dealt with in this office has been very professional and courteous. Through many phone calls and in-person visits, I have yet to have a bad experience. They've treated me and my family as though we were part of their family. I definitely plan on coming back if I need any more law help in the future.

Horrible. Much better lawyers to choose from. I my opinion he is not on your side, he just wants your money and doesn't care the outcome after that. Update: got a call from them this morning. Extremely rude when I told them a few reasons why I wasn't happy. Got told Daddy paid my bill (definitely had to pay daddy back). I will list the reasons for you 1) found out there was more discovery when going to my plea deal when he knew I couldn't drag it out and needed this resolved for my employment 2) his little investigator didn't do his job in the 12+ months I was awaiting trial 3) $4000 (of my money not daddy's) for basically a few days of his time and his gophers time 4) knew every intention I had of keeping my 2A rights and in my opinion I think he was just happy to get me to a plea to get another account off his list instead of working towards getting it dropped and actually doing the job he was hired for

I would highly recommend this firm! James has beaten two issues for me and his team won one for me with that said he has won all three for me to this point. Very professional office. James Snell has been my lawyer for years. He has assisted me with several issues.

Very very bad experience, they just want your money and after that they do not care or return phone calls and will never give personal appointments except when you are there to make payment.not polite, no knowledge of case, robotic behavior, Over priced and will not refund any money whatsoever happened with case. I would give zero star. There are much better ones out there. Did not sleep for days before leaving this review as I lost my money with them. They are leaving self 5 star reviews here. Dont trust them. @Snell, "I am your client and don't search your database with this name. You very well know that you just want to make money."
