I’m so glad we found Kevin Hardy. We needed papers drawn up immediately for my 94-year-old mother and Mr. Hardy came through for us.
He even personally delivered the papers to the courthouse the same day.
Mr. Hardy knows estate law, but just as importantly, he is conscientious and thorough. And, as was obvious in my mother’s case, he is sensitive to the needs and limitations of the elderly.

Kevin was hired to settle grandma's estate. Kevin asked for 80% of the cost up front, and was given such. Kevin then stopped responding to calls, his voicemail was full, and ignored certified letters. 0/10, would not recommend.

This lawyer was hired to transfer a automobile title from my relative to me. He was paid in advance. Never heard from him again. He did not respond to voicemails, emails, nor registered letters.

I was referred to Mr. Hardy by another attorney to handle my father’s estate. From the beginning Mr. Hardy has avoided my calls and emails. He NEVER answers his cell phone. The voicemail on his office phone is always full, so a message can’t be left. I am currently trying to contact him to confirm he sent the final documents to the Clerk of Court so my father’s estate can be closed (2 years after his death 🙄). If anyone speaks with Mr. Hardy, please ask him to contact me!!

Mr. Hardy is absolutely amazing! He walked us through a difficult process and made everything easy to understand. He created a comfortable and professional environment. He is extremely knowledgeable, and just as important, able to answer complex questions, and an easy to understand way. Taking the time to think about your last wishes, it’s not something any of us wants to do, but I feel 100% better having our plan in place.
