Office represented buyer of a property I was selling. I called the office the day after closing to inquire about picking up check, was told I was not represented by their office so they could not discuss my check with me and hung up! Very rude and unprofessional. Called office back, spoke to someone else and was told my attorney had not sent paperwork, called my attorney who confirmed paperwork had been sent and he had confirmation of receipt. Hope to never have to deal with this office again.

Not very impressed at all. We thought they might be worth trying as we were doing a 1031 Exchange which might be complicated. We were willing to pay the much higher fees to get get the best. They let us down. They think very highly of themselves, but have no people skills. They were rude, didn't answer their phones, and certainly didn't keep us updated as to what was happening. Definitely wouldn't use them again. There are much less expensive and friendly options.

Staff friendly and very prompt about returning phone calls and emails. Highly recomend. Worked with them in the past as our HOA President. Kudos to Liz Bryant for handling all the details for my condo sale.
