When my father died suddenly, as executor I had almost no idea how to go about handling his estate. Mr. Mixon got me in for a consultations on 2 occasions that same week & spent more than an hour advising me on how to go about probating the will, fulfilling my obligations as executor, etc. down-to-earth, has a good sense of humor, and was easy to talk to unlike some attornies I've met. I can't recommend Mr. Mixon enough; best money I spent while dealing with Dad's estate.

Very helpful. I've used Mr. Ernie Mixon for both car accidents I was involved in and was very happy with the results. Anytime I ever called and had any questions about my case I always got to speak directly with him and if I ever had to leave a message he got back with me the same day.He also always took the time to explain things to me I had questions about and was very patient. I would definitely use him again in the future.

I work at a Direct Lender who inquired about the services from Ernie Mixon. Not only was he incredibly rude to my team he implied that a different local real estate attorney had more competent women working there than my team members. He also stated that he refuses to work with banks, which is interesting because my employer is not a bank. I would not recommend using this attorney who is pretentious and living in 50's and does not believe that women can be not only professional but competent in the work place.
