Howell and Christmas, LLC On October 30th, 2012, I fell onto my knee at work. I didn’t want to hire a lawyer since I didn’t think that my injury would become so serious, debilitating, or lengthy (almost 3 years). I went 8 months trying to deal with workers compensation adjusters, their doctors, the store owner, and managers on my own. The final tipping point came when the adjuster wouldn’t return my phone calls or even approve medication for pain.
