I had a great experience throughout the entire process from beginning to end. Aaron Diaz was representing me and was always keeping me informed and I never felt like a number in a bucket, more of a friendship. I live with memories and disabilities from my military experience. Although these disabilities do not make life any easier, I was able to be very well represented and my story was taken seriously which ended with a compensation that was able to at least make life a little more enjoyable. I am very happy with my experience and would recommend Aaron Diaz for any services provided.

Very responsive and thorough. They would respond to my emails or calls within a day, even on weekends and over the holidays. I was happy I went with their representation and believe there was an actual value add to their services.

Heather represented my ex wife. I filed divorce my ex committed adultry and wrote a letter. We agreed to a divorce and fair terms. Heather in My opinion has no moral Fabric. From what I was told She forced my son and ex wife to write and sign statements she new to be a lie. She filled custody cases on 17 years old male. She Took a good honest bad situation and made it hell for everyone. In a bizarre twist. My companies had to call Heather in for depositions she admitted to hitting her child and paying off her ex. . Her records are public and are worth reading. If you have a soul or care about children. I won on every count and Heather caused my ex to get much less than I was willing to pay. She ruined every friendship in our family and was vengeful and awful person to work with. Her ex who seems to be a good honest woman does not paint a nice picture of Heather. I Craig D Elwood believe in my fellow humans and in my opinion of this woman is an enemy of all good honest people! Caution Beware! Heather could you be specific as to what is defamatory? Heather when you saw in the courts again what do you mean? You and I have never been in court against each other except my divorce which you were not counsel at for the end. I have your depositions which are public record and we could review what was said. What harassment are you referring to? I do not have a good opinion of you what so ever and I expressed that in A public forum we’re reviews are welcome. My hope is you can’t hurt other families like you did mine. Thank you for your input Heather in the future be more specific. I welcome seeing you in court. New information about you constantly surfaces and your answers when I had you deposed well just read them thsy Fe pubkic knowledge now . Giving your ex Francis and the children a chance to speak would be healthy for all involved Although second hand my understanding is she has finally found some peace and is trying to repair the damage from her marriage. Your a bully Heather you condone lying and admitted to slapping your child.

I have had the opportunity to work with Shaw Law Firm on two occasions. In both cases, Ms. Shaw obtained great results for me. Heather Shaw is a terrible person, business woman and lawyer. Everything was professional and appropriate until we were sitting in mediation. Heather Shaw did not stand up for my best interest. She was very quick to suggest settling on everything. We did very little negotiation and the mediation felt very rushed. Then, the worst part came the evening before my 9am divorce the following day. Heather Shaw personally called me and questioned the type of divorce I was having. I explained to her that she was at mediation with me and that she was the one who sat right beside me and told me to settle on everything. The following morning Heather Shaw shows up 7 minutes before my 9am court date. She basically throws me a pen and says, "Here, sign all of these documents". During the court proceedings, the judge was explaining how things were going to go and when I asked Heather Shaw to ask the judge to repeat himelf, she gave an explanation on something that I did understand so I repeated myself two more times telling her to ask the judge to repeat himself so that I could understand. This made her very angry and as soon as the judge finished, she grabbed her stuff and took off out of the court room. I caught up to her right before we walked out of the building and I asked her why she was hesitant to ask the judge to repeat himself for me and her answer was and I quote, "It doesn't matter. It's a mute subject at this point" and she continued walking to her car. That was January 7th 2020. Today is April 13th and every month since January I have received "service" from the Shaw Law Firm and they have trickled my retainer to zero. This month they charged me $45 to close the case with them. I HIGHLY do NOT recommend Heather Shaw. She is VERY money hungry and she will not work hard for you. All she did was send some paperwork to the court and take my money. Please consider choosing another attorney.
