I am not sure where to even start with this review as without Matt Breen from Lowcountry Law I am not sure where we would have ended up. Before I even explain my situation just know that Matt is a lawyer that takes his clients serious and treats you like family. He always answers the phone or gets right back to you. His knowledge of Law was far above others including the lawyer we had to go up against. If I had another problem I would not hesitate to call him again and he would be my first call. Our story cut short.... We had a house with VRBO. We are from out of state (IL) and were coming down to South Carolina. This was all happening during the Covid Pandemic. We tried to work with the homeowner on moving the dates or some kind of deal since travel was restricted and we might not be able to travel. The homeowner was unwilling to do anything. Then the Homeowner booked our week and then moved us to a date in the following year in non prime season. We tried to go through VRBO with out any help on this matter. We went to arbitration and won our case. Then the home owner tried to bully us and took us to court to get our money back for the week that he booked twice and cancelled us. With this we had no clue what this would mean and most Attorneys I called in the area said that it would cost way more then the trip to fight this. After talking to Matt the first time and getting him copies of what happened, He stated that we were treated very unfair and that he was here to help. And boy did he ever. His knowledge and expertise was more then what I could imagine. Even though we we half way across the country he treated us like he has know us for years. His knowledge of law was far above others including when in court and the other lawyer tried to pull a fast one and Matt quickly recited the law and why the other attorney was in correct. Not only did we win the case against a bully vacation homeowner. But our stress level went way down using a law firm that really looked out for our best interest. His prices were fair and at no point did I not feel like we were on a back burner. Communication was awesome. Again looking for an attorney can not recommend Matt Breen enough. Again from my entire family thanks Matt for helping us out.

I would give 6 stars if that choice was available. Highly recommend.
