There are not enough words to convey what a blessing Mr.Emerson was for our family. He fought for my daughter on a college level to make sure her accommodations were legally met. When we called him to tell him all the hard work had paid off and she was accepted into her program, it felt like we had just told a family member. He was so excited for her and that meant so much to us. He has a true passion and love for what he does. I would highly recommend him. He's not just an awesome attorney but he's a wonderful, caring person. We just can't thank him enough.

By leaving the district he chooses to help children and adults who deserve a fair outcome, but who may have been shortchanged by those who may have been unmotivated. I worked with John for many years, and he was always willing to support me, and more importantly, children. He is an active listener and applies his special talents in a concise manner. John is an honest person, and will never take advantage of anyone. If he does not think he can help you, he will tell you. If you are having trouble with the school or district not taking you or your child's concerns seriously, you've come to the right place. I begged the school for help for 3 years. Mr. Emerson was a champion for my son and held the district accountable. He is extremely knowledgeable about our 3 local school district's policies. He is very responsive to calls and correspondence. He really cares about his clients, even checking in a few times after the resolution, just to make certain the school and district were living up to its promises. I can honestly say that after 3 years of back and forth, i finally see the light at the end of the tunnel.
