The funny thing with Morgan and Morgan, you see a lot of their commercials and people tell you to call them, when you have a case that’s listed under practice areas, then you call them and advise them what the case is about and have proof at that to show as evidence, then they waste your time by telling you to fill out the intake form which is fine and explain in great detail, then you call them to discuss more then all of a sudden they don’t specialize in that area, think SC Bar needs to look into attorneys who list areas they practice but then contradict what it shows on their site by saying it’s not their area of expertise.Its either you practice in that area or you don’t make up your minds, SC Bar getting a call on this.

Excellent people

I was transferred to 5 different people all of which I had to repeat my very lengthy story to, at one point I felt like I was transferred overseas as I could not understand the person on the other end. I became confused as to whom I was talking to and why I was giving my personal information so many times to so many different people. After telling me they would take the personal injury part of my case they called the next day and said they wouldn't be able to help me. Every person I talked to couldn't believe how I was treated by the company I was suing yet this law firm treated me the same way, giving me the runaround for over an hour on the phone. I had a better experience and outcome with the Lovely Law firm here in Myrtle Beach. Don't waste your time with this firm!

Worked with Joe S for a number of months in order to solve a lawsuit concerning a accident in the Myrtle Beach area. Joe and his team always performed outstanding in every aspect. They worked for me to solve this lawsuit and I am very impressed with the professionalism of Joe and every person on staff. Janet was always there if I had any questions or concerns. She also contacted me in a very timely manner if required. Appreciate all they have accomplished. Highly recommend Morgan & Morgan for any actions that you wish to take. Saying this firm is for the people is a huge misrepresentation... I called about Civil and Discrimination cases... Explained to them in detail the cases and what was going on... And instead of standing up for the Constitutional and Civil rights ignored and abridged of United States Citizens who pledged their allegiance just as every American did every morning in school.... They just stand by and allow law enforcement, politicians, and corporate America to scare them from taking the case... There is no Justice in the United States and the Constitution has no moral or legal standing in the state of South Carolina... So much for Morgan and Morgan being for the people... Politicians and Law enforcement probably has them on their payroll...
