“I was transferred to 5 different people all of which I had to repeat my very lengthy story to, at one point I felt like I was transferred overseas as I could not understand the person on the other end.”

Lack of expertise in certain practice areas
“The funny thing with Morgan and Morgan, you see a lot of their commercials and people tell you to call them, when you have a case that's listed under practice areas, then you call them and advise them what the case is about and have proof at that to show as evidence, then they waste your time by telling you to fill out the intake form which is fine and explain in great detail, then you call them to discuss more then all of a sudden they don't specialize in that area.”
