I don't recommend this company. I've been telling them for a whole month that the accident was during my work and that they would include work compensation in the case. They promised to call on Friday before 4 p.m. and didn't call back.

Horrible customer service!! I was in a wreck but was not physically hurt so I was passed off to a local firm that insisted I go to the er..once I did and it was fou d that i was ok, I was dropped. Meanwhile, I have no car, lost work. Accident wasn't my fault yet the other insurance company refuses to pay anything so I had to file with my own, who of course won't fix my car as it is a 2010. For the people? Hardly..once morgan couldn't get a million dollar lawsuit, I was nothing g to them....so much for caring about the little guy

Pathetic. I contacted Morgan & Morgan needing representation regarding medical damages/malpractice and didn't even get to speak to an actual attorney. I instead was asked a maximum of 5 questions by a "screener" in a call center who barely spoke English who told me they would not take my case. When asked why, she said she didn't know as she isn't an attorney.
Seriously?
Thankfully I found a firm who actually cares about their clients, said I have a textbook case and I am seeking damages to the maximum extent of the law.
Your screener just lost you a 40% cut.

My daughter and I were involved in a vechile accident. We finally settled after two years. The lawyer was very polite and professional. The only issue I expirenced was after setteling and signing documents you have to wait 7 to 10 business days for the check to be cut. I'm assuming because they are a big firm. But, any othet local lawyers office you recieve your funds at the time you sign documents.
