My husband and I purchased a house in the Carolina Forest last month and DuRant & DuRant handled the closing for us. It was a pleasure to work with them and we will definitely call them again when we need legal assistance.

Julian and Lauren and the rest of the team were exceptional to work with. Lauren was in constant communication with me and only looked out for my best interest. She always answered my questions and was available by email and phone throughout the entire process. Lauren spoke up and helped me when she noticed a lender forcing unnecessary fees that would have essentially cost me thousands. Julian and Lauren made my home-buying purchase smooth and painless. I am truly grateful for this team and I will definitely be working with them in the future.

Lawyers have their duties as citizens, but they also have special duties as lawyers. Their obligations go far deeper than earning a living as specialists in corporation or tax law. They have a continuing responsibility to uphold the fundamental principles of justice from which the law cannot depart. Julian Durant is an amazing hard working talented young man. My wife and I was defrauded and deceived along with other family's and realtor's by a man passing himself off as a Builder Contractor yet he did not have a general contracting license. We had to sell our home to come up with a sixty eight thousand dollar deposit on this new build and was instructed by our realtor to pay the builder. After finding out that we were all deceived and lost our money and now we were homeless we contacted three other law firms in Myrtle Beach but no one wanted to help us. Are last hope was Durant & Durant. We told our nightmare to Julian who took up the swords of righteousness against our adversary and won four times the amount enabling us to buy another home and move on and focus on our new grandson. Julian is our Saint Michael and we will never forget what he did for us.

DuRant & DuRant were phenomenal to work with, specifically Lauren and Julian. We had a very tight turnaround time on the closing our property and we kept running into some unexpected road bumps. However, DuRant & DuRant were able to work diligently through them all, provide us their expert guidance and get us to the finish line in a timely manner. From day 1, we engaged with them virtually and connected over the phone when needed and they always made themselves available to us - they have outstanding customer service and everyone at their office was always very polite. They're a great group to work with and I'd highly recommend them!

Great experience closing on a Myrtle home with DuRant & DuRant!! All details were taken care of and everything was well planned and communicated! No hidden or unfair/unexpected fees.
