A quick response to my inquiry, fees were accurate as quoted. Our closing had several last minute issues, handled without haste. Heather so supportive of our situation. Scott was upfront and handled our situation with integrity. I would use this firm again.

We sold our condo and two days later we get a call saying that they made a mistake and we owed $10,000 back from the proceeds of our sale. We were not provided the full payoff statement and what is showed on our payoff statement showed we should have kept the $10,000. I understand that mistakes happen, but this is a pretty big mistake. I would not recommend using this attorney. Save yourself some grief and go elsewhere. If I could leave zero stars I would.
