She is very quick to judge based on one side of the story. She doesn't care to get both sides. She was lied to and she believed the lies and didn't believe the truth.

Lisa Carver was awesome. Very professional and friendly. Staff is very friendly and efficient.

Where to begin… I don’t think she ever actually cared about my dad. She led him on to believe his fees would be covered by his ex due to her committing adultery, knowing all along that would not pan out in arbitration. She pushed him to hire a private investigator knowing it would be inconsequential in her pursuit of arbitration. In the final hour, after settling arbitration, she let my father know that she NEVER filed the divorce for adultery, but instead as an amicable separation. This was never his desire and it’s incongruent with what she led him on to pay for. I am deeply concerned by the way she practiced law and I hope you find someone else who will truly represents yourself and your loved ones.

Lisa has now handled two matters for me. On both cases we prevailed. One, against all odds. Her knowledge of family law is extraordinary. She and Kristen worked diligently and they both demonstrated knowledge of the facts of my case through and through. She and her staff are so professional but at the same time made me feel at ease. I highly recommend Carver Law Firm. If I could give 6 stars, I truly would!

A friend just used Ms Carver for suspension of alimony case. Ms Carver handled the case in amazing fashion. She won the overwhelmingly. Any Family court issues you have you MUST call Ms Carver.

The worst experience ever! Lisa Carver took our case in July. Said she would serve my sons dad within 15 days. He wasn’t served for 4 months. She was taking two week vacations every month. We talk to her on the phone once for the consultation and then the day of court. She would never call us per request. We then traveled from Florida to South Carolina to go to court which we had repeatedly asked to do mediation first, which she ignored. So the day of court she cancels the court appointment because she finally spoke to us for the second time which was in January. It took 6 months for her to pick up a phone and realize we just needed some help. Which the traveling and hotel cost us $4500 for a trip that was not even necessary. There was no issue between the parents and yet she caused issues to arise. Even after we stop the court proceedings she still sent a document stating that the father would go to jail if he didn’t respond to a text or phone call within 2 hours. This is absurd! We never ask for anything like this. So after we had to FIRE her to get her to quit sending him and his attorney documents we did not approve. We did not get any of our $7500 retainer back and then even said we had an outstanding balance of $900. which she said she would do us a favor and just write it off. It cost $7500 for her to write 5 documents, which she had to revise multiple time because she was putting things in that we didn’t want. Lisa and her staff were very rude. They are irritated if you call or ask a question, which they get paid for. So if you want a money gouging lawyer who won’t talk to you and causes issue that you don’t already have. Hire her! She’s the best in the business. Side note- She and the fathers attorney were so disappointed when we stoped all legal proceedings. They didn’t like that WE had decided to work together and be better parents. All they want is the $$$
