I recently purchased a home in Myrtle Beach SC a place that I knew very little about with respect to the Laws and policies I chose the firm of Scott B. Umstead to handle my contract and closing, that was the best decision that I could have made. Scotts Team handled every aspect of the purchase protecting my rights and my money. I must say that Scott has a Wire transfer system in place that protects your funds from computer fraud and gives you piece of mind that your funds will not wind up in some hackers pocket. I flew into town the day before the closing which was scheduled @ 11:30am I got a call from Debbie Rose the sweetest person you could ever meet and she asked if I saw the weather forecast for the next day and informed me that heavy storms as well as Tornado warnings were in affect, all schools and municipalities were canceled. Debbie Rose inquired if I could get to the office at 9AM she would open the office early make sure that all of the paperwork was in order and have Scott get there to handle the closing. Scott and Debbie Rose answered every Question, explained every detail and somehow got the Deed registered that day so that I could receive the keys to my new home. I highly recommend Scott and his team and if you get the opportunity to check out his website you will see an unbelievable office that will blow your mind. if you retain Scott and meet Debbie Rose please give her a big kiss from me.
