Scott Umstead was our closing lawyer on a house purchase. From his first "video greeting" one day after we were selected as buyers, he presented us with a professional yet approachable character (of the many characters it takes to complete a home purchase.) Clear directions of what we could expect and what we needed to do to line up the closing date were exceptional help. Each phone call with office staff was cordial and personable. By the time we sat down to sign the final papers, where he answered all questions and even earmarked important sections for our quick retrieval, we were very comfortable with Scott Umstead and the easy process he had led us through.
