I have participated in real estate closings in the past, but my experience closing property with Scott Umstead was exceptional. Great experience, as a first time home buyer it can be daunting, both my real estate agent Kelly Bolletino & and Scott Umstead did an incredible job making the process absolutely painless. Scott Umstead took the time to break down all details surrounding the buying process and explained in detail each piece of paper i was signing. Highly recommend.

My husband and I were first time homebuyers, so the process of buying a home was already stressful enough, but thankfully, we had Scott and his team to help us through all of it. From the front desk to the closer to Scott himself, everyone was very responsive and explained everything thoroughly so we knew what to expect. When we sat down with Scott to sign papers he made us feel so comfortable and we appreciated that he made sure we understood everything we were signing. The home-buying experience was a nearly a breeze thanks to Scott and his team!

This entire office..from the reception area to the offices, was an absolute pleasure. I have NEVER felt so at ease and comfortable when dealing with such a monumental event in our lives. Scott made us feel important and valued. He is a phenomenal person and I will always recommend his services to everyone. On a side note, if you're lucky enough to meet Joe...your life will be more complete!!

I found Mr. Umstead to be an amazingly professional lawyer. He took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the process before signing each document. As this was my youngest daughter's first time experiencing a closing, Mr. Umstead took the time to make certain that she understood what she was signing and why it was necessary.
