Two words: Genuine and professional I hadn’t met him before our closing but he put me at ease when I walked in. He seemed genuinely happy to prepare our closing. All documents prepared on time and explained clearly, which was particularly important since I was moving from out of state and was not yet familiar with SC real estate laws.

Scott Umstead and his team were great to work with when recently purchasing my first home. Even through the current COVID-19 pandemic they were efficient, friendly and ready to answer any questions. When closing day came they had everything ready to go and I was able to get in and out in no time. Scott was there to answer any questions and guide me through filing paper work with the county.
