My husband, Richard and I have had the pleasure of utilizing Scott Umstead and his staff for two closings! We wouldn’t dream of using another attorney for our Real Estate needs! The level of integrity, efficiency, knowledge and availability is unsurpassed; And ..all this is coupled with very down to earth approach and a great sense of humor ! Scott and his team worked with us on 2 house closings at the same time. There were a lot of details, but he made it seem like a piece of cake. Everything was very easy, his team took care of all the details, and they were very responsive, answering all of our questions in a timely manner. 1 to 10 - a 10!

My closing with Scott was a pleasant experience from the beginning to the end. I’ll admit I was more than a little anxious about the whole closing procedure but Scott made me feel at ease.
