Very quick and to the point

On the occasion of closing on the purchase of our new home in South Carolina, we met our exceptionally talented real estate agent, Olivia Leskowski. As we entered the office of Real Estate Lawyer, Scott B. Umstead, we were pleasantly surprised. We were warmly greeted by the lawyer's office assistant at the front desk. The décor was strikingly stunning, in red, black, and white. The office atmosphere set us at ease. Upon meeting Mr. Umstead, we found him to be welcoming and personable. He explained the documents to us patiently, pleasantly, and thoroughly. He was professional, yet happy for me, Barbara, I was "so excited about buying our home." My husband, Johnny, is a USMC veteran. Therefore, Mr. Umstead put special effort in recognizing that fact. He gave Johnny a handsome USMC pin of commendation. We were especially touched when Mr. Scott Umstead chose to give us one of his Courtesy Cards. Knowing that we may call on him for any legal help, means so much to us. We have used Scott Umstead for three house closings and will alway use Scott and his team whenever we deal with real estate. We were kept informed each step of the way by Debbie, and Shellie and everytime we had a question about the process Shellie always had the answer for peace of mind. Since we didn't know any local attorney's, Scott was recommended to us by Kevin Mills, our real estate agent. From the first communication until closing, the interaction and communication Scott's team provided was excellent. The closing with Scott was organized, quick, and he answered any concerns I had. The icing on the cake was Joe, Scott's dog, attended the closing and didn't seem to mind that I was playing with one of is toys. Scott and the entire staff (especially Joe) made me feel "at home". I will not hesitate to use Scott in the future and will definitely recommend him to anyone who needs his services

Scott and his staff were a pleasure to work with! We were first-time home buyers, and Scott made us feel at ease at the closing table. They walked me through each step of the process and answered all of my questions quickly and professionally.
