A fresh start is what attorney huong says everyone deserves, during these most difficult times of covid, and personal financial struggles and hardship. She and her team made me feel as though this situation I was in was not something I should be ashamed or embarrassed about and spoke to me with kindness and grace. Although given covid we did not have a lot of face to face interaction however this did not change the amount of time and attention to which I felt they gave me and my case. They answered every question I had in a decent timely manner and remained an open line of communication up to the day my case was closed and on that day I received 2 separate emails letting me know and also letting me know they would keep my files for X amount of years and I needed anything else to reach out no worry. Met last year with Mrs Lam, and never having ever meeting with a lawyer, we were very nervous. She put us at ease, explained the whole process, and told us exactly what we needed to do, and what informative she needed.
