Very poor customer service
Was told over the phone that this office could provide a service which was explained in some detail as of the exact nature of service required.
Upon arrival was told that this office could not provide the service after all
A big waste of time
Although this was a relatively minor transaction , we had planned to use this office for something much more involved
That will no longer be the case
