I called this place as a potential customer today and Chris who was the person that answered was very rude. I explained to her what I read on her website because she had told me otherwise which what the website says is "the first step is always a consultation. If you have a legal issue with which you need our assistance, please call to speak with one of our staff. He or she will discuss with you the details of your case and determine whether you should meet with one of our attorneys. If so, a consultation is scheduled." And she told me that that is not the way that they do things that I had to come in and pay $150 and meet with an attorney. I don't know if she felt that I wanted to get free advice over the phone but money is not a problem. If money was a problem I wouldn't be calling an attorney. Then at the end I told her that they needed to change that information on their website if that's not how they do things and she said we sure will and hung up. She didn't even want to give me the time of the day while I was trying to bring my business there.
