Kayla , Stephanie,and Kim at the Myrtle Beach office are all amazing ,very dedicated and willing to go above and beyond to give you the answers that you ask . They are always on top of what you need!!

I started off with a lawyer with the good old boys system telling me he's going to get me everything I deserve and did nothing! I won when I called Joye Law Firm!! Kayla and John were amazing always told me everything that I asked if they found out something they would call me or email me and I'm very happy they did their job to the best of their abilities and actually told me straight up do you want to jeopardize your body anymore how long do you want to drag this out and I never wanted to drag anything out against my company I just want to work but it was broke down to me you're always going to be in pain now you're going to have needles in your back three times a year I'm not cool with that! Joye law firm they're not playing with the Good ol boy system! They would do everything they can to make things right and be honest with you if it's not going to benefit you either way they will tell you the truth and allow you to decide the outcome how do you want to move forward!! I'm truly thankful did I got out of the Good ol boy system and came to y'all! Thank you for doing the best you could for me for the situation that we were both dealt with! Attorney John Roxon and case manager Kayla Ashley worked hard to get me a settlement that was fair. Kayla was very pleasant and helpful throughout the process. She kept me informed as things unfolded in my case, and her pleasant voice on the phone, and knowledge helped calm me when stressed. If she doesn't have an answer to a question, she will have the information ASAP. She was a blessing during a trying time for me. The Joye Law Firm has such a great team of people. I was blessed to have had Stephanie Mascella and Kayla Ashley working for me during one of the scariest times in my life. My husband and I hired John Roxon at Joye to represent my husband, who while we are vacation in Myrtle Beach (October 2018) was hit by a car while on his bike in a designated bike lane. The car driver was 100% at fault, a traffic cam had her on her cell phone, and no turn signal to indicate she was making a turn into my husband who was proceeding through a green light. After I personally dealt with her insurance company (State Farm - nightmare insurance adjuster!!) for 4 months with nothing accomplished, we decided to let a professional handle it. I was impressed that John phoned us on a Sunday to get the details, and within 24 hours Ashley Graham (case manager) sent us a contract. The paperwork process (medical bills, police report, etc) were all emailed and in less than one week, we were up and running towards a finish line. Ashley was easy to get in touch for updates via emails, and John was in phone contact with my husband with updates on negotiation and final settlement. Five stars for Ashley and John, on handling my husband's case and alleviating my stress!!
