I was in a car accident in July. This was my very first accident that I had ever gotten into so I wasn’t sure what to do. I went with Joye Law Firm as they had great reviews on google. Someone had actually called me from their office on a Saturday to get some information from me and told me that the office would contact me on Monday and they sure did. They advised me that they would handle everything and not to worry. Over the months I would email Ashley Graham which I felt that I was bothering her with my questions all the time. She never made me feel that I was being annoying with my emails and would always answer my questions quickly and would explain everything in detail to me. I would defiantly recommend Joye Law Firm to anyone that does get into a car accident no matter how minor it may seem. Thanks again for all your help. While my case was being resolved and I was getting the treatment I needed to fix my injury with my shoulder Kayla Ashley stayed in contact with me frequently, updating me on my case and helping me through each step of the way until my case was settled. Any questions or problems I had Kayla was sure to answer them and help me with any issues, I greatly appreciate the work she did on my case and how smooth and easy she made this horrible situation for me. My husband was rear ended a year and a half ago. Ashley made us feel like we were the most important case she ever had. Which is why we decided on Joye Law. When I got hurt on the job it was the first time in my life I have ever delt with workmans comp. I was nervous, I did not know what to expect, i had no clue of the process that was involved.
