A friend sent me to Joye Law Firm for a workman's comp case. I was skeptical at first having had bad experiences with lawyers in the past; but I can say with all respect and honesty that Joye was the best decision I have made in years. Kayla Ashley and Will Oncken of the Law Firm worked hard to help me get treatment, payment and not feel worthless as the days dragged on. Ms. Ashley's' calm and happy voice would help ease some of the frustration I experienced; and Mr. Oncken was straight forward and honest, sometimes even frustrated for me which gave me a sense of peace, knowing they both truly had my back. Attorney Roxon is a wonderful person and professional. His assistant Kayla is just as professional and a great person to work with. Without the assistance of them both in my workman's compensation case, I am sure that I would have had a very difficult time in coming to a fair and just resolution. John and Kayla where a pleasure to work with, my case wasn’t the fastest or easiest ( at no fault of there’s ) but they where both there to answer any of my questions or concerns, either through email or a phone call. They provided me with the best representation I could have asked for. They are very professional and always a phone call away. They even sent me a gift basket and card that was waiting for me when I was released from the hospital after my back surgery, I’m not sure if there is a better law firm out there that cares for you as a person and not just another case. I want to thank John and Kayla at Joye Law Firm for the absolutely wonderful care and job that they did to help my son,Michael.They stayed on top of everything. They were there to answer all his questions and concerns at any moment that he called on them. As a mother it is very hard to watch your adul child,go through the pain,the surgeries,the constant aggravation that the opposing people were putting on him. But very professional John and Kayla kept those people at bay and comforted my son with answers and kept his stress level down as best that they could ,for all that was going on.
