Very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to help in any way possible. Love the fact that she promptly returns phone calls which is very rare in today's society. I was in a terrible ambulance accident while I was in labor and being transported to a hospital in Charleston coming from Myrtle Beach. The ambulance driver feel asleep and totaled the ambulance with me in it. I called the Joye law firm and they took my case right away. I was unable to drive due to my injuries so they came to my house to meet with me. John and Ashley have been wonderful and very attentive. They answer every question or concern I have right away. I was in need of a lawyer to handle my car accident. I was referred by a friend. John Roxon was my lawyer and Ashley Graham was the case manager. Ashley did a phenomenal job keeping me posted of what's going on and got back to me quickly with any questions I had. Mr. Roxon was easy to talk to and very accessible to answer questions as well. I didn't go to court. We settled with the insurance companies.

I had the most awful experience with this Law firm out of the Myrtle Beach office and I would not recommended anyone to come here especially if you are a minority, because they sent one of their staff to do an in home visit and he said severalof racists remarks like.. "Y'all chose the right firm because Mark Joye opened it to help minorities so they will be able to afford an attorney." Then I can't ever get the guy that's assigned to be my attorney which is Mr. John Roxin on the phone or his paralegal Ashley Graham who plays phone tag with her clients and lies to them. They were very rude to me, I have never met my lawyer although I asked to see him, and this shanegan has been going on for a year now when I actually had an agreement without having them as my attorney prior it just wasn't enough and I saw their commercial on TV, so I thought they were true to their word but, that goes to show don't believe everything you see on TV because I had to learn the hard way and I'm still waiting even tho my case was already settled!!
