I retained John Roxon and Joye law firm 4 years ago. Although my case is still ongoing if not for the people on his team I don't know where I'd be. John stays pretty busy and away a bit, but while he's gone Michelle McLamb is there working diligently for him to help keep them up today and on track. I have had some big complications in my case that has made me pretty upset at times, and if I have had any concerns questions or just wanted to vent about the way the workers comp insurance is treating me Michelle has been really good at listening getting me answers or forwarding any concerns I have to John. michelle mclamb has gone out of her way to even call me after everyone is gone home if she saw something in my case that she thought I might need to be aware of. John is quick to respond on issues that need addressed, and give advice when needed and Michelle is quick to get me copies or letters I need for my case. And for the length of my claim it's very organized. Thanks both of you for your time. You make a good team.

I'm going through a workers comp case and its going smoth and pretty much effortless with Joye law firm . The staff is great John Roxon is the best at what he does he breaks everything down to were i can understand and Michelle is a great asset to the firm while John is handling cases she is responsive to all calls and questions I have she goes out of her way to make sure I know and have everything I need .The two make great team

First of all,thank you Sydney Lynn and the Joye Law Firm family,with out the of Sydney and her wonderful team, I would have lost everything, I was injured on March 22,2013, the day my life changed, it felt like everything was going wrong at the same time, I couldn't work and didn't have any income coming in .until I saw the Joy Law firm commercial 3 times in one day, I needed help so I decided to give them a call, one of my best decision that I made, I met John Roxxon and Ashley Graham first, they treated me very nice just like family and then Sydney and Michelle who I met weeks later also who are very nice, Sydney and Michelle was put in charge of taking care of me, and that's what they did, she settled my case against a big insurance company in a short period of time. I really don't trust a lot of people, but Sydney said trust me and I will take care of you, and I did, so my lawsuit was smooth and easy for me, I recommend Sydney Lynn and the Joye Law Firm to anyone that needs a personal injury attorney, thank you all for getting my life back on track ,Joye Law Firm

I was injured on 4/10/12 at work in Myrtle Beach. After several months of difficult dealings with Traveler's Insurance I decided to retain a law firm for some much needed help. I happened on Joye Law Firm because my last name was Joy! Thought it might be Karma. My first meeting with John Roxon was overwhelming. I could not have imagined anyone so sympathetic and helpful. I also met his assistant Ashley Graham. My concerns were immediately addressed and my worries started to diminish. I felt comfortable and assured that they had my best interests covered. Throughout the last 2 years all the stressful situations that arose were taken care of without question. Sometimes I was less than patient with everything that was happening and NEVER was I chastised or ignored. I was always assured that they would take care of everything and they were never wrong. After being declared disabled they continued to help me both mentally and emotionally. I also want to recognize Kim, Kayla, and Michelle that are part of the team in that office. They have all become like family to me and have always been available to me when I needed them most. Please give the highest recognition to this office, to John Roxon and his staff. They are truly one of your companies greatest assets. Patience, kindness, consideration, and understanding are lost today but they are the keys to this group.
