I want to give a special thanks to Vick Singh and Laura Hiller. They were my voice of reason and my mouth piece. They were very easy to get ahold of through out the whole process. They always were realistic about what could come of the case, giving me all the possible outcomes while being confident I was in good care, but not falsely optimistic.
