Ian and his staff are phenomenal to say the least. This is my second time having him handle my case and since both cases were totally different they handled them on a very professional level while giving me the sense of ease that I knew without a doubt I’d be taken care of so I could relax and heal and leave the legal stuff to him to handle. First cases was involving a drunk driver where I went from a patient advocate to a victim and patient all in one instantly. The case was prolonged (22 months)and we had to settled with a reduced charge of reckless driving to avoid the party walking out free as a bird which was sad. I was an absolute mess but Ian was such a God send and assured me he’d do his very best and he did. Then 3-4 years later I came back to Ian as I promised IF I ever needed him again so this experience was incredible since I was up facing a huge corporation which I was up against the wall in a Workmans Comp case knowing after 9 months my injuries were permanent. So I handed everything over to him and his staff to take care of me the whole way no matter what kind of emotions melt down I had after my doctors appointments or the multiple MRIs knowing that the information I was telling them how I was feeling finally had proof and diagnosis to build a solid case so I patiently waited (not normally the one with lots of patients) and after.3 years of hiring him we reached the time to figure out what we were willing to settle with even though my doctors and I discussed a more in depth outcome the doctors didn’t reveal possible surgery so I trusted Ian and we settled again a total God send good human always helping others in his community and even during a pandemic he shook my hand and offered a southern way to show closeness like family a real hug ! That meant the world to me Ian is a real down to earth man who cares about his clients. I worked more with one of his paralegals until they chose to start out on their own in a different direction so it broke some trust until the sweetest kindest new member stepped in and we had a chance to bound and I feel like their sister I can call just to chat a few minutes or leave a message about other issues from medical or legal and no doubt always willing to lean a helping hand to lead or guide me in the way I need to go so I can’t stop praising this law practice to anyone who will listen up and down the beach. Every time I see a billboard or hear an ad on radio my heart smiles. There no doubt IF I or my family needs anything in the future I’ll be calling on McGuire Law.
