I do not recommend The Lovely Law Firm. They took a misfortunate event and helped to turn it into a nightmare.I personally called numerous times and I never received as much as a phone call back. So after being ignored by the law firm I had chosen I decided to take a trip down to the office. When I arrived everyone was in the waiting area chatting away the same group who the receptionist said was always too busy to take my call on several occasions. As soon as they saw me Sarah Austin made jokes to her partner and ran to the back. By this point my situation had gotten really bad I was in tears no one still had time to talk to me. I told the receptionist like I had many times before to have someone to call me back.Well I finally got a phone call back but only to inform me that they had handed my case off to someone else without my consent. By this point I had waited so long that it was pointless I didn't even need a lawyer the damage was already done. So take this as a small free tidbit of advice do not call The Lovely Lawfirm as they have much more important things going on with there lives to help you!!! They will also laugh in your face in the worst time in your life.
