Many thanks to Jarrod McPherson of The Lovely Law Firm, who handled my personal injury case after I was run down in a crosswalk by an 85-year-old woman driving an SUV. Although my injuries were not life-threatening, they were debilitating and required 3 surgeries and many hours of physical therapy over the course of 2-1/2 years to bring me back to full mobility. Jarrod even came to our house for the first meeting, as I was not able to drive to the office. Although the final settlement took some time, he secured the maximum insurance proceeds from her auto insurance policy, as well as additional compensation from my under-insured policy. In addition, he forged a good settlement with the hospital, which sought to bypass my medical insurance and file for reimbursement of 100% of their charges.
