No one ever called back

Someone dropped the ball when I bought my place almost 5 years ago a loan satisfied document was never put in the file. So when I got a contract on it in March and a new closing attorney started to process the closing she couldn't without the document. Now it has been found at the originating bank and we are set to close mid May. I want to especially thank Thomas Stanley attorney who was the closing attorney for delaying my closing and my life for 2 months! Don't come back saying I chose you because I didn't. Realtors usually guide their clients to a closing atty. Your lucky the buyer's didn't back out if they had I would be suing you for the full amount plus damaged and pain and suffering.

On April 29th my husband and I drove down from PA to go to closing of our new home in Conway, SC. The experience couldn't have been more unpleasant for my husband's first home buying experience. We didn't get any warm welcome, hello, welcome to South Carolina...NOTHING! We were told to go to the conference room to sign papers and when we were finished Jenn's assistant said, " that's it"! Again...no Congratulations! Gave us our key and said we couldn't move in until the papers went through its proper channels. I mean talk about sad! There was no Southern Hospitality there at all!!! Won't refer them that's for sure!!!

Called and God a referral since they could assist me directly. So I am giving a good review. Because they still went out the way to find me someone to provide the right legal advice.
