I've done several closing in Charleston and the buyers attorney has always represented the transaction. For some reason Styles and Dingle didn't want to or didn't feel capable, so at their request I got my own attorney to represent me as the seller. This of course came at additional cost, but I'm glad I did. Styles and Dingle double charged on an item in the closing and then I had to go through my attorney to get them to issue a correction refund check. Nothing seemed precise that I saw or was exposed to. It did not lead to a smooth closing.

I've had the best experience working with Kaitlyn & Tommy. They have helped me with 4 closings. Not only are they helpful and knowledgeable, their staff are also extremely friendly and welcoming.
