Where should i start regarding Tim Amey and his amazing law firm. I received a bogus traffic citation back in 2021 from a local rogue officer who believed they were above the law. Do as i say, not as i do situation. Naturally me having a CDL can make most citations very challenging given the complexity and many facets linked to a CDL. I called around to MANY defense attorneies around the Charleston area regarding my situation. None of them and i repeat NONE of them would help me, let alone seemingly could care less about my best interests or help protect my CDL. The unfortunate thing, Mr Amey was one of my last attornies to call. BUT, very thankful i found him. Mr. Amey was the ONLY ONE who took the time like he had NOTHING else to do and focused on me including a VERY LONG phone call. Mr Amey did an absolute amazing job explaining the various angles of the law and suggested the best path to take. To be fair, Mr. Amey never once promised the outcome of my case, but rather DID promise he would utilies all of his resources to achieve the best possible outcome. Mr Amey was always very kind and professional, yet very agressive and tough as needed while keeping all my best interests close chested. At the end of the day, Mr Amey was able to deliver a verdict on my case that was very satisfactory!! It would be unrealistic to say Mr. Amey can achieve such results on every case (circumstances around individual cases may vary) but what i will say is Mr. Amey will do his DAMNDEST to achieve the best possible results for each persons case. One thing is for sure, should i ever need a defense attorney again, Mr. Amey will CERTAINLY be my first call.
