*******please do not twist what your ATTORNEY TOLD ME WAS POSSIBLE AND THAT YOUR OFFICE TOLD ME OVER A MONTH AGO YALL WOULD BE IN TOUCH WITHIN A WEEK…. I would NEVER ask you to break any sort of laws but nice way to attempt to cover up your office lying to me about what could be done… I’m very well aware how having a death can make things complex I am the one who actually had to deal and cope with the death along with helping my young children… hopefully you guys will get your act together and be in touch with me and actually tell me things that are truthful from this point forward……..************* Original post. The case was for my husband who passed away in 2020 we started the case over a year before his passing and I must say they were great at the beginning however since we reached a "settlement" over a year ago that has completely gone down the drain... Now I understand that this case was very complex because of the kids in the case and handling probate for them but they can't even explain anything to me about my part, when this probate case may even be filed to get it finalized or anything..... in April after several attempts I finally hear something still telling me very limited information but that they would schedule a phone conference between Reese (my attorney) and I in the next week or so but 2 months later and still nothing on my part of the settlement, anything about probate for kids settlement, or really any communication... so OVER A YEAR after reaching a settlement with no end in sight or even communication on anything is EXTREMELY discouraging and the bad thing at the start of the case I would recommended them to anyone case.
